Chain
Whenever there
is a special request that needs immediate attention during the week,
there is a church-wide prayer chain to respond. The Sunday school
classes are involved in relaying the call to pray. A call to the church
office will set this in motion.

Call to Prayer
“I
looked for a man who would build up the
wall and stand before me in the gap.”

Ezekiel 22:30 –
We believe “Time with God in prayer
anchors us in the storms that hit from time to time.
It’s a session with the Counselor who listens to our pain and
the Comforter who heals our hearts. Prayer is also the key to a close
rela- tionship with the Good Shepherd, who guides us along His path.
It is the answer to most of our longings.”
Therefore, we, the Prayer Ministry Team members call our
church to prayer.
PURPOSE
The purpose of the Prayer Ministry is to
lead people to experience the life-changing power of God’s glorious
presence. We believe that through prayer we can have an intimate and
personal relationship with Almighty God. We also want to help others to
understand that prayer will make a difference in their individual lives,
and in the lives of their mates, their children, their church and their
world.
MISSION
“Today’s Church does not need greater
talent, new methods, or superior learning; it needs people of
extraordinary prayer.” Prayer
transforms our minds and brings change to our lives. The Prayer Ministry
Team seeks to bring about such transformation in the lives of our
members and in the life of the church.

MINISTRIES
Intercessory
Prayer Team*
This team will
intercede for others and for the worship service during the morning
service. We believe that
amazing things
happen when God’s people unite with Him in prayer. If you have a
request for which you
would like for
them to pray, please place it in the prayer box before the worship
service begins.
This team prays
for salvations, for revival and for the renewal and refreshing of our
spirits to occur during the worship time. The Great Intercessor (Jesus)
is our example:
Hebrews 5:7— “During
the days of Jesus ‘ life on earth, He offered up prayers and petitions
with loud cries and tears to the One who could save Him
from death, and He was heard because of His reverent
submission.”
